| A regular meeting of the Board of Education was held on Thursday,
May 25, 2006, in the Mr. Ruroede read the following statement: "Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Meeting Act, Public Law 1975, Chapter 231, the Board Secretary caused notice of this meeting to be given to the public and the press on April 11, 2006. Roll Call was taken by Joseph T. Bellino, School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, and the following members responded to their names: Present - Mr. DeLorenzo, Mr. Parodi, Mrs. Doheny, Mr. Salerno,
Mrs. Hodulik, Mr. Ruroede Mr. Ruroede led the Board in the flag salute. Presentations - Students Approval of Minutes Mr. DeLorenzo moved, seconded by Mr. Parodi to accept the minutes of April 5, 2006(2); April 17, 2006(2); April 19, 2006(3) Motion approved by unanimous voice vote of all members present. Public Discussion on Agenda Resolutions - None Correspondence/Report of School Business Administrator/Board Secretary Report of the Superintendent - On file in the Administration Office The Superintendent commented on Pilots Log awards and college acceptances. Report of the Board President The President gave an update on vacant board position - 6 applied, 1 was disqualified. Committee Reports: Community Relations Committee - No Report Education Committee - No Report Special Education Committee Mr. Salerno commented the committee met and discussed placements and reclassifications. Technology Committee - No Report Facilities Committee Mr. DeLorenzo commented on policy on naming schools will be discussed. Recreation Committee Mr. DeLorenzo gave a sports update. Finance Committee Mrs. Hodulik commented that the new budget was approved. Labor Relations Committee Mr. Bellino commented that the scattergrams have been agreed upon. Special Education Committee - No Report NJ/BCSBA - No Report Borough Council Liaison - No Report Faculty Liaison - No Report PTA Liaison Mr. Salerno reported on Euclid School activities update. hr. Summer 7/3/06-8/10/06 $32 per week Dean Hoskin $35 per hr. Summer 6/27/06-6/30/06 $65 Gary Pankiewicz $28 per hr. Be It Further Resolved, the summer educational and sports camps
be conducted, insofar as possible, as a self supporting enterprise
and administered through the Enterprise Fund, and Be It Further Resolved, program managers comply with all laws,
regulations, and Board policies with regard to purchasing, payroll,
and payment of bills. RESOLUTION: Be It Resolved that, upon the recommendation of the
Superintendent of Schools, Be It Further Resolved that the chaperones for the camping trip

Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by the Board of Education for the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights, County of Bergen, and State of New Jersey hereby withholds the salary and adjustment increment of Dennis Michaud for the 2006-2007 academic school year for the reasons set forth in the Superintendent's letter to the employee dated April 21, 2006. RESOLUTION: Whereas, the Superintendent has presented to the Board
