                        Whereas, Mr. Joseph Luongo, Superintendent of Schools, and Mr. Peter O’Hare,                         Principal of the High School, have certified that these students have satisfactorily                         completed the course of study, now

                        Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Board of Education award a diploma of graduation to                           each of the students whose name is set forth on said attachment, which is made a                           part hereto, and

RESOLUTION: Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the payroll
6-104-07           for the month of May, 2007, as adjusted, in the amount of $1,230,565 and that the                         President of the Board, the School Business Administrator, and the Treasurer of                         School Funds be, and they hereby are, authorized to sign warrants up to and including                         the above.

RESOLUTION:   Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the
6-105-07            estimated payroll for the month of June, 2007 in the amount of $2,100,000, and that                          the President of the Board, the School Business Administrator, and the Treasurer of                          School Funds be, and they hereby are, authorized to sign warrants up to and including                          the above $2,100,000.

6-107-07           the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approves the continuation of the
                       Attendance Incentive Plan for instructional supervisors beginning April 1, 2007 and
                       concluding at the end of the next evaluation period.

RESOLUTION:   Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve participation
6-108-07             in the following joint insurance fund for the 2007-2008 school year:

RESOLUTION:Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve a lease/purchase
6-109-07           agreement with Susquehanna Patriot Leasing company for the rehabilitation of the                         Hitchcock Field tennis courts at a cost of $25,682.44 per year for five years paid in                         semi-annual installments with a $1.00 buy-out.

RESOLUTION:  Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the payment
6-110-07            schedule for the school district tax levy from the Borough of Hasbrouck Heights in                          accordance with statutes relating thereto as per Attachment C.

RESOLUTION:   Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve participation
6-111-07             with the Verona Board of Education in the bid for a new 16 passenger school bus with                           handicap access.

RESOLUTION: Be It Resolved that, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools,
6-112-07            the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the following appointment from                          June 25, 2007 to June 30, 2008 at the position and annual pay rate indicated:

RESOLUTION:   Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the waiver
6-113 -07            of policy #4111 to permit summer helpers to be reimbursed for pre-employment
                          testing.

RESOLUTION:   Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education accept 2006-2007
6-114 -07            Extraordinary State Aid in the amount of $111,590, and
           
            Be It Further Resolved, that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the
            appropropiation of these funds into the 2006-2007 budget to offset increased sepecial
            education costs.

NEW BUSINESS:

RESOLUTION: Be It Resolved that, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools,
