RESOLUTION: 7-124-07	Be It Resolved that, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the 2007-2008 Crisis Manual. A copy of the manual is available at all schools and the Administration office.
SPECIAL EDUCATION COMMITTEE:
RESOLUTION: 7-125-07	Be It Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the contracts with Bergen County Special Services School Distict to provide the following services to non-public students under the jurisdiction of the district for the 2007-2008 school year: a. 192/193 services District entitlement b. IDEA speech and supplemental instruction Proportionate share Be It Further Resolved, that the Bergen County SSSD Educational Enterprises provide services to three special education students for the 2007-2008 school year as needed.
RESOLUTION: 7-126-07	Be It Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the contract with South Bergen Jointure Commission to provide the following services for the 2007-2008 school year: a. ABA services $21,000 per year maximum

RESOLUTION: 7-140-07	Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the actual payroll for the month of June, 2007 in the amount of $1,821,389 and that the President of the Board, the School Business Administrator, and the Treasurer of School Funds be, and they hereby are, authorized to sign warrants up to and including the above $1,821,389.

RESOLUTION: 7-144-07	Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the award of bid contract to H.A. DeHart and Son for a new 16 passenger school bus with handicap access 2008 Thomas 051MS GMC TG33803 chassis in the amount of $51,395 pursuant to the cooperative bid proposal submitted to the Verona Board of Education.
RESOLUTION: 7-145-07	Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve following lease/purchase agreements for the purchases or projects indicated: a. Sovereign Bank- Thomas 16 passenger handicap school bus 5 annual payments of $11,248 with $1.00 buy-out b. Commercial Lease Solutions- RenWeb School Management Software and Dell Computer hardware- 48 monthly payments of $5,761.49 with a $1.00 buy-out. Be It Further Resolved, that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the submission of an application to the NJDOE pursuant to NJAC 6A:26-10.

RESOLUTION: 7-147-07	Be it Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education pursuant to NJAC 6A:23A-2.3(c)2 approves the appropriation of unbudgeted tuition revenue in the 2006-2007 school year in the amount of $73,825.46.
RESOLUTION: 7-148-07	Be It Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the agreement with Bergen County Special Services School Distict for the district to provide classroom facilities for BCSSSD Collaborative Preschool Program for the 2007-2008 school year at a fee of $25,000 for classroom space and $10,000 for office space for the 2007-2008 school year.
RESOLUTION: 7-149-07	Be It Resolved that the Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approve the agreement with Maschio’s Food Service, Inc. to provide services as cafeteria manager for the 2007-2008 under the same terms and conditions as set forth in the agreement of 8-6-99.
